摘　　要：天然糖蛋白的研究成为继多糖之后生物活性成分研究的又一热点,它是一类具有重要生理和药理活性作用的功能活性成分。针对糖蛋白的结构、提取、纯化、生理功能做简要概述,旨在建立糖蛋白结构数据库,为改变扩展蛋白质的生理作用设计提供新思路。The research on natural glycoprotein has become another spotlight after the bioactive constituents of polysaccharide.glycoprotein is a kind of functional active components which have important physiological and pharmacological activities. This article reviews the latest research on configuration, extraction purification and physiological function. In order to buildagly coprotein database,and to provide new methods on the design of protein＇s funcation.
