我国民航管制员职业化培养存在的问题与对策浅析

摘　　要：在民航大发展的背景下,我国民航管制员的数量少、分布不均、结构不合理、需求增多等问题逐渐显现,现有的管制员培养方式已经很难适应民航的快速发展。通过调查分析民航管制员选拔与培养中存在招生体制不健全、选拔形式单一、缺乏针对性培养等问题,提出统一化选拔标准以及"双向选择"的培养模式等建议和对策。Under the background of the great development of Civil Aviation ,problems gradually appear ,such as the deficiency of air traffic controllers ,uneven distribution ,unreasonable structure ,demand rise ,and the existing controller cultivation way can not adapt to the rapid development of civil aviation .Through investi‐gation and analysis of the problems in controller selection and cultivation ,such as incomplete enrollment system ,unvaried selection form ,and lack of targeted training ,the paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures such as unified selection standard and cultivation mode of"two‐way selection".
