摘 要:以M-F预聚体为壁材,采用原位聚合法对芯材氢氧化铝进行微胶囊包覆.利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法进行预聚体制备条件的优化;并分别对最优条件下制备的树脂壁包覆的氢氧化铝微胶囊进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析与电子扫描电镜(ESEM)表征.结果表明,预聚体的最优制备条件是:反应温度70℃,p H值8.0,反应时间30min.对该预聚体制备的微胶囊的FTIR分析结果表明氢氧化铝已被M-F树脂所包覆,且ESEM照片显示包覆较完全,形貌较好.For the purpose of improving the compatibility between aluminum hydroxide( ATH) and polymer material,microencapsulated ATH was prepared by in site polymerization with ATH as core and melamine-formaldehyde resin( M-F) as shell. The optimal reaction conditions for M-F pre-polymer synthesis were investigated by response surface analysis and FTIR,and scanning electron microscope( ESEM) measurements were utilized to investigate chemical structure and surface morphology of M-F pre-polymer.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature,70 ℃; p H,8. 0,reaction time,30 min,which showed the evidence that ATH powders were coated completely with complete morphology.
