摘  要:以"青大1号"紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为试材,采用单因素试验及正交实验方法,研究了乙醇浓度、料液比和提取温度对"青大1号"紫花苜蓿中黄酮类物质提取效果的影响,并通过正交实验确定"青大1号"紫花苜蓿中黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:影响"青大1号"紫花苜蓿中黄酮类物质提取效果的因素由大到小依次为料液比>乙醇浓度>提取温度。"青大1号"紫花苜蓿中黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20g/mL,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度70%条件下的醇提法。Taking 'Qingda No. 1' alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. ) as the experimental material, effect of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature on flavonoids extraction was studied by single factor test and orthogonal test, in order to find optimum conditions for flavonoids extraction of 'Qingda No. 1' alfalfa. The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction effect of flavonoids extraction from big to small was as follows, solidliquid ratio〉ethanol concentration〉extraction temperature. The best extraction process of flavonoids from 'Qingda No. 1' were the solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 20 g/mL,extraction temperature of 70℃ ,ethanol concentration of 70%.
