摘　　要：通过对国外工业遗产改造实践与研究的分析,梳理其保护再利用的多样性和复杂性特点,归纳不同类型工业遗产改造与再利用的策略、意义与适用范畴,进而把握相关实践现状和发展趋势,挖掘工业遗产保护再利用的内涵和启示,为我国工业遗产的研究和保护提供借鉴。Based on analysis of foreign practical cases and research literatures, this paper discussed the diversity and complexity in protection and reuse of industrial heritage, and sorted out strategies, significance and scopes of application of different transformation types. It then explained the current situation and development of each type, and sought the connotation and enlightenment of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage, providing experience and reference for both of theoretical study and practical exploration of industrial heritage in China.
