摘  要:针对某型汽车起重机起幅落钩组合动作时冲击的现象进行了试验测试和理论分析,并且利用AMESim软件进行了仿真模拟研究。研究表明,如果变量泵排量不在最大状态且卷扬落钩负载压力大于起幅负载压力,由于变幅压力补偿阀芯机械响应滞后,将使变量泵排量增大,从而导致落钩动作加入起幅动作后,引起起幅流量短时间内迅速增加,造成冲击。可以通过改变变幅主阀阀杆的结构,保证起幅的负载压力始终大于卷扬落钩的负载压力,改变冲击形成条件,来消除冲击。最后通过试验证明了该方法的有效性。Researches on the impact of a type of truck crane when lifting the boom and lowing the winch. Through the experiment, theoretical analysis and AMESim simulation,it shows that when the pump is not at the maximum displacement and the load pressure of the winch is larger than that of boom, due to the delay of dynamic response time of the compensative valve, there is a sharp rise of flow into the boom cylinder in a short time which causes impact. Research finds that it could eliminate impact to change the necessary conditions of forming the impact by changing the structure of the spool which insures the pressure of cylinder is always larger than that of winch. It is proved to be validated by a test.
