摘  要:目前国内半挂车企业大多为中小企业,存在规模普遍较小、产业整体竞争力较低、技术水平不高、自主开发能力薄弱、技术投入不足及产品趋同化特征明显等诸多问题。为了提高半挂车设计效率,提升企业竞争力,且能为用户提供个性化的选用需求,提出了基于总成互换的半挂车快速设计方法,依靠总成的质量、成本及多样性的优势,能根据客户的需要提供个性化的配置选用,使其在半挂车的设计中有效节约时间和成本,对半挂车的快速设计及生产有着重要意义。At present domestic semi-trailer manufacturers are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, the scale is generally small, the overall competitiveness of the industry is poor, technical level is not high, independent innovation needs to strengthen, the characteristic of assimilation is obvious. In order to improve the efficiency of semi-trailer design, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, to provide users with a personalized selection needs, the semi-trailer rapid design based on interchangeable assembly method were used, depending on the quality, cost and diversity advantages, to save time and cost effectively, besides, it can also according to customer needs to provide personalized options, which has a significant importance on semi-trailer rapid design.
