新型城镇化进程中公共信息服务平台整体架构及其运行机制研究

摘　　要：新城镇的公共信息服务平台建设是新型城镇化背景下信息化建设的重中之重。文章对相关文献进行梳理,构建了新型城镇化进程中公共信息服务平台的内容结构模型及整体架构,并对平台模块的细分要素与相互间关系作了详细阐释;在此基础上,从用户使用视角和平台管理视角对平台的具体运行机制进行剖析,并分析了影响平台运行的主要因素。Construction of public information service platform is priority in informatization construction of new urbanization. Starting from reviewing of relevant literature, the paper builds a content structure model and sets up an integrated framework of public information service platform of new urbanization. Then we discuss specific operational mechanism of the platform by the way of application and management based on analysing the factors that affect the operation of platform. Furthermore,it analyses the subdivision elements and inter-relationships of the platform module.
