乳腺癌患者围手术期延伸干预应用前后的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨围手术期延伸干预对乳腺癌患者术后各方面的影响。方法:200例乳腺癌患者随机分成2组,分别给予常规护理和护理延伸服务,比较2组术后并发症的发生率,术后自我生活及护理情况以及对护理服务的满意度。结果:护理延伸服务组在术后上肢淋巴水肿、皮下积液的发生例数、术后抑郁焦虑以及肢体功能恢复不满意的发生例数上都明显少于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理延伸服务组中患者对护理服务的满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理延伸服务能够降低术后并发症的发生率,有助于改善患者术后身体和精神状态,有助于改善医患关系。Objective： To investigate perioperative extension intervention of the postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods： Two hundreds patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and underwent routine nursing and extension nursing services respectively. We compared the incidence of complications and postoperative life and care and satisfaction of the two groups. Results： The incidence of postoperative lymphedema of upper limb and subcutaneous effusion and depression and anxiety and limb function recovery of extension nursing services patients were obviously lower than those of routine nursing patients（ P〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction of extension nursing services patients were obviously higher than those of routine nursing patients（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Extension nursing services can effectively reduce the incidence of complcations and improve the physical and mental state of patients. It can also improve the doctor- patient relationship and can contribute to the rapid development of the nursing profession.
