中药联合mFOLFOX6方案治疗结肠癌术后患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气健脾中药方剂联合m FOLFOX6方案治疗结肠癌术后患者的疗效、生存质量及毒副反应。方法:56例结肠癌术后患者随机分为两组,A组使用m FOLFOX6方案化疗,化疗第四天开始口服自拟益气健脾方剂,共口服10天;对照组B组单纯使用m FOLFOX6方案化疗,治疗以14天为一个周期,所有患者均治疗10至12个周期,评价患者化疗期间及化疗结束后的一般情况及毒副反应,随访患者的一年无病生存期。结果:A组KPS评分好转患者多于B组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组Ⅲ-Ⅳ度白细胞下降人数较B组少,有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组Ⅲ-Ⅳ度外周神经毒性发生人数较B组少,有显著性差异(P<0.05);A组一年无病生存率较B组略高,但比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟益气健脾中药方剂联合m FOLFOX6方案治疗结肠癌术后患者可改善患者生存质量、降低化疗对患者的毒副反应,但对结肠癌术后患者的一年无病生存率无明显影响。Objective： To observe the effect and toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） combined with m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy on patients after colon cancer operation. Methods： A total of 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated by m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy with TCM oral,TCM was given from the fourth day of chemotherapy,and lasted 10 days. Group B was given chemotherapy alone. 14 days constituted one cycle. All the patients received 10 - 12 treatment cycles. Evaluated the general situation and toxicity of each patients after therapy. Observe the one year disease- free survival. Results： KPS score improvement in group A was more than in group B（ P〈 0. 05）. In group A,the number of leukocyte Ⅲ- Ⅳ degree decline was significantly lower than that of group B,had significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The difference of Ⅲ- Ⅳ degree peripheral nervous toxicity between two groups had significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. One year disease free survival rate of group A was higher than group B,but had no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy could improve the quality of life,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,but had no significant influence on improving one year disease free survival rate in patients after colon cancer operation.
