膀胱良、恶性上皮肿瘤中S100P的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨S100P在正常膀胱组织和膀胱良、恶性肿瘤中的表达和临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测15例正常膀胱黏膜、20例内翻性乳头状瘤、72例膀胱癌(包括58例膀胱尿路上皮癌、9例膀胱腺癌和5例膀胱鳞状细胞癌)中S100P的表达。结果:膀胱癌中S100P的阳性表达率为86.11%(62/72),显著高于正常膀胱移行上皮0%(0/15)及内翻性乳头状瘤35%(7/20)两组(P<0.05);S100P的阳性表达率随浸润深度、病理分级的增加及淋巴结的转移而升高(P<0.05);S100P在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的阳性表达率较膀胱腺癌及鳞状细胞癌高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:S100P在膀胱癌组织中高表达,与膀胱癌的浸润及转移密切相关,其可能在膀胱恶性上皮肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective： To explore the expression of S100 P in benign and malignant epithelial tumor of bladder and its clinical significance. Methods： The immunohistochemical staining assay was conducted to detect expression of S100 P in 15 cases of normal baldder epithelium,20 cases of bladder inverted papilloma and 72 cases of bladder carcinoma,including 58 cases of urothelial carcinoma of bladder（ BUC）,5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of bladder and 9 cases of adenocarcinoma of bladder. Results： The positive rate of expression of S1 0 0 P in bladder carcinoma was 86. 11%（ 62 /72） obviously higher than the normal tissue grouP〈 0. 0 0 %（ 0 /15） and inverted papilloma group35. 00%（ 7 /20）（ P〈 0. 05）. The positive rates of expression of S100 P in high- grade BUC was significantly higher than in low- grade group. With the improvement of invasion tendency of BUC,the staining intensity of S100 P was gradually increased（ P〈 0. 05）. Higher expression rate of S100 P was found in the BUC than in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,but there was no obvious difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： S100 P was highly expressed in bladder carcinoma,which was closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of bladder carcinoma. It may play a very important role in the occurrence and progression of BUC and become a potential factor for evaluating prognosis of BUC.
