徐州市云龙区3186例学龄前期儿童视力筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的：了解云龙区学龄前期儿童视力发育状况。方法：采用Suresight手持式自动视力筛查仪对3186例学龄前期儿童进行视力筛查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果：云龙区学龄前期儿童视力异常率为11.05%,其中男女视力异常率分别为12.49%和9.27%,男生高于女生（字2=8.289,P〈0.05）;各年龄段视力异常检出率比较,差异有统计学意义（字2=8.956,P〈0.05）,其中3~4岁、4~5岁视力异常检出率明显高于〈3岁、5~6岁视力异常检出率（P〈0.05）。结论：妇幼保健部门应当加大眼保健健康教育宣传工作,促进儿童视力健康发育。Objective：To analyze the condition of vision about pre-school children in Xuzhou Yunlong district.Method：Using Suresight automatic vision screening instrument to screen 3186 pre-school children,and analyzing screening data.Result：11.05% of pre-school children had poor vision,the poor vision incidence of boys was 12.49%,and the girls was 9.27%.The incidence of boys was significantly higher than that of girls（ 字2=8.289,P〈0.05）.There was significant statistical different incidence of poor vision in different age groups（ 字2=8.956,P〈0.05）.Especially,aged 3-4 and aged 4-5 were significant higher than those of aged less than 3,aged 5-6（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In order to promote children＇s vision healthy development,maternity and child care department should focus more efforts on eye care education.
