高脂饮食构建大鼠脂肪肝模型的研究现状及分析

摘　　要：奶牛脂肪肝是泌乳初期高产奶牛易患的一种主要代谢疾病,常伴随奶牛产奶量、繁殖能力和免疫力的下降。由于奶牛的经济价值,不宜直接用于大批量实验造模研究,因此应用小动物建立理想的动物脂肪肝模型对奶牛脂肪肝的研究具有重要意义。通过查阅文献发现高脂饮食方法复制大鼠脂肪肝是研究动物脂肪肝常用的一种模型构建方法,而高脂饮食主要是指通过高脂高胆固醇饮食和高脂高糖饮食两种方式诱导大鼠产生脂肪肝,所以就目前关于这两种造模方法进行综述,旨在为奶牛脂肪肝的进一步研究、预防和治疗提供理想的动物模型。Fatty liver is the major metabolic disease during early lactation in high producing dairy cows. The dairy cow with fatty liver is often associated with the reduced milk production,reproduction and immunity. As the larger economic value,the dairy cow is not suitable for as animal model. Therefore, applying the small animal as animal model had the great significance in the study of dairy cows fatty liver. The rat fatty liver of animal models which raised high-fat diet was commonly research method. The high-fat diets including high fat and cholesterol diet and sugar diet were reviewed on the two methods ,which aimed to provide the dairy cows with fatty liver with prevention and treatment.
