摘  要:目的:探讨下颌渐进性后退对髁突软骨(MCC)厚度的影响。方法:应用自行设计的后牙双斜面导板矫治器(TIPD),引导6周龄大鼠下颌"渐进式"后退。髁突软骨区经常规脱钙、包埋和HE染色后,观察实验组和对照组大鼠在3,14,30,60d髁突软骨厚度的变化。结果:3d和14d,TIPD实验组和对照组在所有区域的MCC厚度没有明显差异。30d,TIPD组的MCC厚度在后区的后部(Pp)比对照组薄(P<0.05),到60d时,Pp部变得更薄(P<0.01),肥大层几乎消失。相反,从30d开始,后区的前部(Pa)MCC厚度在TIPD组较厚。60d,前区的中部(Am)MCC厚度在TIPD组较薄(P<0.01)。结论:TIPD戴用期间能引起髁突软骨不同区域产生不同的改建,且呈持续性。Objective: To investigate the effect of mandibular progressive retrusion on the thickness of mandibular condylar cartilage (MCC). Methods: Self-designed twin inclined plane device (TIPD) was used to induce mandibular progressive retrusion in 6 week old rats. Condylar cartilage re- gions were routinely decalcified, embedded and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stai- ning. Condylar cartilage thickness was observed at 3 the end of days, 14 days, 30 days and 60 days after using twin inclined plane device in experimental group and control group. Results: There were no significant differences in the thickness of condylar cartilage between 3 days and 14 days. The thickness of condylar cartilage in the posterior part of the posterior region (Pp) was thinner in the TIPD group than that in the control group at 30 days (P〈0.05) and became thin- ner and thinner at 60 days (P〈0.01) and the mast layer of Pp almost disappeared. However, at 30 days, the thickness of condylar cartilage in the anterior part of the posterior region (Pa) be- came thicker in the TIPD group. At 60 days, the middle part of the anterior region (Am) was thinner in the TIPD group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: TIPD can cause different remodeling in differ ent regions of mandibular condylar cartilage, and the remodeling is continuous.
