我国民办高校党建工作的创新路径与对策研究——基于600余所民办高校调查

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,民办高校快速发展,已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。民办教育是我国教育事业发展的重要增长点和促进教育改革的重要力量,在民办高等教育发展过程中,党建工作和思想政治工作作为一种内生性资源,成为民办高校发展的核心力量和动力。本文通过对我国644所民办高校的调查,分析了民办高校党建工作的组织机构、领导班子建设、党员培养与发展以及党的制度建设等基本情况,挖掘影响党建工作的主要因素,提出党建工作创新的对策与建议。With a rapid development since the reform and opening up,private universities,an important growth point of education course and a powerful force of education reform,have become a significant part of higher education in China. As endogenous resources,Party building as well as ideological and political work has become the core power for the development of private universities. Based on a survey of 644 private universities,this research analyzes basic information of Party building in private universities such as institutional framework,leading group construction,Party members＇ training and development,and Party＇s system building etc. In addition,the study excavates the main factors of Party building work and puts forward innovative countermeasures and suggestions.
