摘　　要：白垩斑是釉质龋早期的临床表现,是正畸治疗中常见的并发症之一,影响美观。渗透性树脂作为一种新型的树脂具有低黏性,是近年来治疗早期釉质龋白垩斑有效且无创的新方法。该法受到许多学者的关注和口腔临床医师的推广运用。该文通过论述白垩斑发生的原因和渗透性树脂的特性,阐述了渗透性树脂治疗白垩斑的理论依据,并分析渗透性树脂的临床疗效,证实了渗透性树脂治疗白垩斑的有效性。White spot lesion is an early clinical manifestation of enamel caries. It is one of common complications during the orthodontic treatment. It affects the appearance of the teeth. The resin infiltration is a new kind of resin with low viscosity ,which is an effective and non-invasive method of treating the white spot lesion of enamel. In recent years, many scholars pay attention to it and are spreading it in clinical application. Here is to discuss the reason of formation of white spot lesion and the properties of this infiltration resin, and analyze the clinical effect and the theoretical basis of this resin treating the white spot lesion, and validate the effectiveness of this resin for treating the white spot lesion.
