摘  要:用石墨烯/银复合材料(rGO/Ag)修饰碳糊电极,采用循环伏安法在pH值=7.00的磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)中测定铜离子(Cu^(2+))。研究rGO/Ag修饰碳糊电极在不同条件对Cu^(2+)电化学测定的影响。实验表明,以比例为0.005∶0.5的石墨烯/银复合材料(石墨烯∶银=0.075∶1.5)与石墨粉制作电极,在pH值=7.00的PBS缓冲溶液,扫描范围为1.4V^0.4V,扫描速率为100mV·s-1进行循环伏安测定时,得到最佳实验条件;峰电流与Cu^(2+)浓度在1.0×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)~3.5×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.44156+0.13936x,相关系数为0.9955,检出限为3.6×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1);连续测定20天,修饰碳糊电极具有良好的稳定性。A carbon paste electrode modified with graphene / silver composite material (rGO/Ag) was used to determine the copper ion (Cu2+) in pH=7.00 (Pt3S) buffer solution by cyclic vohammetry. The effect of rGO/Ag modified carbon paste electrode on the electrochemical determination of Cu2+ in different conditions was studied. The experimental results show that the ratio of graphene / Ag composite (graphene:silver =0.075:1.5) and graphite powder, the pH=7.00 phosphate buffer solution, the scanning range of 1.4 V-0.4 V, the scanning rate of 100 mV· s-1 for cyclic vohammetry, the best experimental conditions are obtained; Peak current and Cu2+ concentration in the range of 1.0 ×10-8 mol · L-1 3.5 × 10-7 mol·L-1 , the linear equation was y= 0.44156+ 0. 13936x, the correlation coefficient is 0.9955, the detection limit was3.6×10--7mol · L-1; the 20 day, the modified carbon paste electrode had good stability.
