摘 要:目的利用3.0T磁共振观察正常胎儿标本腰段脊髓长度随孕周发育的动态变化,为胎儿脊髓发育产前评估及相关疾病诊断提供影像学依据。方法选取70例16-42孕周胎儿标本,行3.0T磁共振扫描,以脊神经根为依据划分腰髓范围、测量其长度随孕周的变化。结果腰髓长度随胎儿孕周增大而增长,呈直线相关;可近似地由孕周计算出脊髓长度,方程为:腰髓长度(cm)=0.126×孕周-0.599(r^2=0.868,P〈0.05);脊髓长度随孕周的变化在性别之间无统计学意义。结论超高场磁共振成像可清楚显示胎儿标本脊髓并准确划分各节段,脊髓长度随着孕周增加按一定方程关系呈直线相关性生长,这一结果对不同孕周胎儿脊髓发育长度评估提供数据及影像依据。Objective To provide reference to assess the development of fetal spinal cord and to diagnose diseases related to it. Methods Postmortem MR imaging was performed on 70 fetuses of 16 to 42 gestational age by 3. 0 T MRI scanner. Lumbar cord was defined by spinal nerve root. We discussed the regularity of development of fetal lumbar cord after measuring the length of fetal lumbar cord. Results There's a significant linear correlation between the lumbar cord and gestational age( GA). Equation was calculated,length of lumbar cord( LLC) = 0. 126 × GA-0. 599( r^2= 0. 868,P〈0. 05); There was on difference between males and females. Conclusion Fetal lumbar cord can be well shown by postmortem MR imaging. There's a significant linear correlation between LLC and gestational age. The results can be reliable evidence to assess the development of fetal lumbar cord.
