摘  要:为研究近距交叠隧道施工变形影响因素,运用正交试验对不同弹性模量、内摩擦角、黏聚力、净距、埋深影响因素进行了FLAC3D模拟,分析了地表沉降、拱顶沉降、拱底变形、塑性区体积、拱顶及拱底应力场6项指标变化规律。结果显示:不同因素水平下各指标变形量不同,且各因素对同一指标影响程度不同;弹性模量是除指标4外最为显著的影响因素,其值越大越稳定变形量也越小;黏聚力和内摩擦角是影响指标4关键因素,呈负相关系;净距对指标3、5、6有很大影响,是仅次于弹性模量的影响因子;埋深对指标3、4有一定影响,对其他指标影响不大;并利用二次回归方程对拱顶变形量进行了公式拟合验证,对今后类似工程施工变形研究具有一定的借鉴意义。To study the construction deformation effects of different factors in small spacing overlapping tunnels,based on orthogonal experiment,different situations with different depth,spacing,elastic modulus,internal friction angle and cohesion were analyzed by FLAC3 D. The settlement of ground,the settlement of arch top,the dome deformation,plastic zone volume,the maximum principal stress variation of vaults and arches were analyzed. The results showed that:different levels of factors,different six indicators;Except Indicator 4,the elastic modulus is the most significant factors. The greater its value,the smaller amount of deformation;Cohesion and internal friction angle is the key impact factor of indicators 4. The greater its value,the smaller its eformation;Spacing have a significant impact on the index 3,5,6,which is the second impact factor after elastic modulus;Depth have some influence on indicators 3,4,while it had small impact on other indicators;In addition,the use of quadratic regression equation to analyze the deformation of the arch top validation,provided some reference for the deformation control and construction safety in similar projects in the future.
