摘 要:为提高轨道车辆制动控制单元的开发效率和质量,提出了一种基于仿真技术的制动控制单元一体化设计方法,在介绍制动系统组成及制动控制单元工作原理的基础上,基于该设计方法,实现了制动控制单元及被控对象的仿真建模和离线仿真、制动控制单元的快速控制原型仿真和制动控制单元的硬件在回路仿真,完成了制动控制单元的开发和测试。测试结果表明制动控制单元能满足要求,同时验证了基于仿真技术的设计方法的有效性。In order to improve the development efficiency and quality of brake control unit, an integrated design method based on simulation technology was proposed. With the introduction of brake system composition and brake control unit operation principles. based on the design method, simulation modeling and off-line simulation of brake control unit and the controlled object was realized, as well as the rapid control prototype (RCP) and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) of brake control unit, which implemented the development and tests of brake control unit. The test result presents the fulfillment of the brake control unit, and verifies the effectiveness of the design method based on simulation technology.
