摘  要:采用热压成型工艺制备混杂纤维增强酚醛树脂基摩擦材料,在定速式摩擦试验机和万能试验机上研究了不同长石粉含量对材料摩擦磨损性能和力学性能的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜观察磨损表面形貌并分析其磨损机理。结果表明,长石粉的加入对材料的力学性能有明显改善,相比于无长石粉的材料,当长石粉质量分数为6%时,材料的弯曲强度、压缩强度、剪切强度和冲击强度和洛氏硬度分别提高17.76%,10.62%,15.75%,7.81%和5.24%,但密度降低6.34%。且长石粉质量分数为6%时摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能最佳,100℃时的摩擦系数高达0.51,且磨损率最低,为1.2×10-8cm3/(N·m);其磨损机制从200℃时的粘着磨损转变为300℃时的典型磨粒磨损。The friction materials based on hybrid fiber reinforced phenolic resin matrix were prepared by heat-press molding process. The effects of the content of feldspar powder on the tribological performance and mechanical properties were studied by constant speed type friction tester and universal testing machine. The wear morphology was observed using scanning electron microscopy, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. Results show that the addition of feldspar powder improves the material mechanical performance significantly. When the mass fraction of feldspar powder is 6%, the bending strength, compression strength, shear strength, impact strength and Rockwell hardness are ificreased by 17.76%, 10.62%, 15.75%, 7.81% and 5.24% respectively, as well as the density is decreased by 6.34%, compared with no feldspar powder material. At the same time, the tribological properties of the friction materials with 6% of feldspar powder are the best, the friction coefficient is as high as 0.51 at 100℃ and the wear rate is the lowest which is 1.2 ×10^-8cm^3/(N·m). The wear mechanism changes from adhesive wear at 200℃ to typical abrasive wear at 300℃.
