摘  要:本文构建了以设备缺陷率、设备故障非停次数、设备家族缺陷个数以及设备抽检结果为特征量的多信息源的电网设备质量评级特征量集,并建立了基于多信息源特征量集的设备质量评级方法和模型,实现了对供应商设备质量的定量评价和等级划分。设备质量评级结果在物资采购过程中得到了推广应用,取得了良好的效果。In this paper,a characteristic quantity set for power equipment quality rating is proposed,which consists of multi-source characteristic quantities including equipment defect rate,equipment breakdown times,familial defect quantity and sampling inspection results.A kind of equipment quality rating method and model is developed based on the characteristic quantity set,which realizes the quantitative evaluation and rating of equipment quality of supplier.The rating result has achieved good effect when used in the purchasing of power equipments.
