摘　　要：本文介绍了业务流程体系运营管理在现代公司运营中的重要作用以及业务流程体系运营管理特点,同时分析了业务流程体系对电力技术人才培养的促进作用及其局限性,最后提出了基于业务流程体系的电力技术人才培养模式。This paper introduces the important function of the business process system in the operation of the modern corporation,and the operation management characteristics of the business process system.At the same time,the paper introduces the promotion and limitation of the business process system to the development of electric power technology talents.At last,the mode of power technology talents cultivation based on business process system is put forward.
