摘 要:钢丝绳的结构和性能决定了提升系统的安全可靠性,钢丝绳扭转后产生不均匀的应力分布,加速了钢丝绳的磨损和失效。通过建立不同捻向纤维绳芯钢丝绳模型,使用有限元软件ABAQUS验证了模型的正确性,并对不同捻向钢丝绳进行分析;结果表明:在同等扭矩下,右同向捻钢丝绳受力大于右交互捻,交互捻性能优于同向捻,2种捻向钢丝绳应力分布不均匀,呈现一定的规律性。The structure and performance of the wire rope determines the safety and reliability of the hoisting system, the stress distribution is uneven after the twist of wire rope, which accelerates the failure of the wire rope. In this paper, the model of fiber rope core for steel wire rope with different twist is established. The correctness of the model is verified by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that under the same torque, the stress of the right lang lay is greater than right regular lay, the performance of right regular lay is superior to the right lang lay. The stress distribution of the two kinds of wire ropes is not uniform, showing some of regularity.
