摘　　要：笔者以先天禀赋和后天因素在老年人体质的形成及老年痴呆发病方面的作用为切入点,重点论述了体质与老年痴呆发病的内在关系,从而明确体质在老年痴呆发病中的重要作用,为老年痴呆在临床上的治疗提供参考。The formation of the constitution is the result of congenital and acquired factors, and the congenital innateness is close- ly related to the kidney ; Producing on the basis of deficiency of the five internal organs, kidney empty marrow blood stasis and phlegm and retained fluid are essential factors of the pathogenesis of Alzheimer＇s and the constitution of the elderly. Thus, the constitution is closely related to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer＇s .
