摘 要:航空发动机控制系统传感器一旦发生故障会导致控制系统失效,对故障进行及时有效的诊断识别,可以有效防止控制系统性能降低甚至损坏。一般应用Kalman滤波器进行故障诊断研究,但是对工程实际中有色噪声对航空发动机控制系统传感器故障诊断的影响没有进行深入的分析。首先提出采用一组Kalman滤波器进行航空发动机控制系统传感器故障诊断、隔离的方法原理,再次给出了有色噪声情况下的Kalman滤波器设计方法,通过对比滤波估计结果说明有色噪声影响下所提出的方法的有效性,并将非线性发动机模型用于仿真验证,结果表明改进方法能够在有色噪声条件下可以准确有效地诊断、隔离系统中发生的障。Once the sensors for aircraft engine control system are going wrong,the control system will fail. Many researchers have done lots of works on fault detection,but there are few studies on the color noise influencing on the sensor fault diagnosis for the control systems of aircraft engine. This paper provided a method for solving the sensor fault detection and isolation based on a bank of Kalman filters. It is critical to get the right estimation from Kalman filters for Fault detection and isolation( FDI) system. As a matter of fact,it is shown that a standard Kalman filter cannot estimated accurately if the noise is color noise. Thus,a continuous-time Kalman filter with colored measurement noise was designed. Then,a bank of these new filters was used in simulation to detect the sensors of an aircraft gas turbine engine. The simulation results indicate that the proposed Kalman filter system is promising for reliable diagnostics of aircraft engine sensors.
