摘 要:针对喷射式坑槽修补机的鸭嘴形气固喷射器的优化设计,利用Fluent内嵌的Euler–Euler模型进行仿真优化,分析鸭嘴角度、鸭嘴距离对气固喷射器内两相流的影响,同时提出在管道底部增加辅助风的改进措施,仿真所得三种喷嘴的集料最大速度的理论误差分别为5.1%、25.6%、9.7%,鸭嘴处气流速度的理论误差均在20%以内。研究结果表明增大鸭嘴距离可显著减小集料最大速度,对出口速度增大的效果不大;减小鸭嘴倾斜角,不仅可以增大出口断面的集料速度,利于提高喷补压实度,并且可以抑制集料的最大速度,减小集料碰撞破碎的可能性;在管道底部堆料处增加辅助风,虽然会使集料最大速度增大,但是出口断面集料速度增加十分显著,为固体喷射器的优化设计提供了依据。The Euler – Euler model embedded in Fluent is used to perform the simulation of gas-solid injector of spray pothole patcher. This paper analyzed the impaction of duckbill angel and duckbill distance on the two phase flow,and the optimization method of setting auxiliary wind was put forward. The theoretical errors of aggregates maximum velocity of three gas-solid models were 5. 1% 、25. 6% 、9. 7% respectively,and the theoretical error of air velocity at the duckbill was within 20%. It was concluded that increasing duckbill distance can restrain aggregates maximum velocity,but it can do little help to increase the aggregates outlet velocity. Decreasing the duckbill angle can not only increase the aggregates outlet velocity,which is conducive to improve the pothole compaction,but also decrease the aggregates maximum velocity,which can reduce the possibility of aggregate crushing. Although setting auxiliary wind at the bottom of the pipeline where aggregates accumulated,would increase aggregates maximum velocity to some extent,the increase of aggregates outlet velocity was dramatically.
