摘 要:为了解决三维医学分割中手动分割操作复杂,效率低和传统分割方法速度慢,用户交互多,效果不理想等问题,将传统GrabCut算法进行了改进。首先,通过将二维的GrabCut算法扩展到三维,减少了三维分割的交互过程,提高了三维分割的效率;其次,将三维分割的矩形框交互改进为多边形交互,提高了交互的精度,改善了分割后的结果。通过对两组数据的分割结果对比表明,改进后的算法相对于置信连接算法不仅交互简单、速度快,而且分割效果有了很大的改善。最后,通过不同用户对同一组数据的分割结果对比,证明改进后的三维GrabCut算法稳定性高、速度快,能很好地完成三维医学图像的分割。The improved GrabCut medical image segmentation algorithm is applied to solve the manual segmentation which is com- plex, inefficient, and traditional segmentation method which is slow, muhi-user interactions, and had poor results. Firstly, by exten- ding the two-dimensional GrabCut algorithm to three-dimensional, the GrabCut algorithm reduces the interaction of the three-di- mensional segmentation and increases the efficiency of the three-dimensional segmentation. Secondly, by changing the rectangle in- teraction to polygonal interaction, the algorithm increases the accuracy of interaction, greatly improves the results of the segmenta- tion. By contrast two sets of data segmentation results show that the improved algorithm is simple, fast, and segmentation results has been greatly improved compared with confidence connection algorithm. Finally, by comparing the different users of the same set of data segmentation results shows that the improved three-dimensional GrabCut algorithm not only has the advantages of simple oper- ation,less interaction, good segmentation results, but also has high stability,high speed. It can be very good to complete the three- dimensional medical image segmentation.
