摘　　要：义齿基托软衬材料是一类应用于义齿基托组织面具有一定弹性的义齿衬垫材料。它可以缓冲冲击性咬合力,避免局部压力过大,减轻或消除压痛,并可提高义齿基托与牙槽嵴的密合性,改善义齿的固位。符合临床要求的义齿软衬材料应有良好的化学性能、物理机械性能和生物学性能。Soft denture liner is applied to tissue surface of denture base, after curing denture liner material has a certain flexibility. Requirements clinically soft liner has good biological properties, chemical properties and mechanical properties. With further advances in materials technology and clinical research, the soft denture liner has been considerable development, more in line with the development of the physical needs of human beings, no stimulation of the oral mucosa lining of soft material is hot today.
