摘 要:用淀粉与碳酸钙填料共混后进行糊化溶胀,再进行干燥和研磨处理的方法制备淀粉包覆改性碳酸钙填料。对淀粉包覆改性碳酸钙造纸填料的抗剪切性能、留着性能和纸张强度性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:淀粉包覆改性后的碳酸钙填料具备较强的抗剪切性能,同时具有较高的留着率;相比于添加未经淀粉包覆改性的碳酸钙填料,添加淀粉包覆改性碳酸钙填料的纸页强度性能较高,且强度性能下降的幅度明显减缓。Adding calcium carbonate fillers to the papermaking furnish can reduce the use of plant fibers and improve some of final paper properties, but also sacrifice some strength properties of paper such as tensile, burst, tear, and stiffness. In this study, to improve the bondability between filler and lignocellulosic fiber, the calcium carbonate fillers were coated by starch to prepare the starch-coated calcium carbonate fillers. The effect of starch coating on the retention, resistance against shear force of calcium carbonate filler and strength properties of paper with calcium carbonate fillers was investigated. The experimental results indicated that the retention of calcium carbonate fillers was improved, and better resistance against shear force was obtained after modified by starch coating. The strength properties of paper with starch modified calcium carbonate fillers were improved and their downward trends significantly slowed down when compared against those of paper with unmodified calcium carbonate fillers.
