摘　　要："互联网+"时代对于社会经济产生了很大的影响,同时为广大的学生提供了创业的平台,本文结合"互联网+"时代的特征,提出了"互联网+"时代大学生创业存在的问题和原因分析,并根据实际情况,提出大学生创业能力培养的具体措施。The Internet＋ era has exerted a great impact on the society and economy, but also provided an entrepreneurial platform for the majority of students. Combined with the features of the Internet＋ era, this paper proposes the problems existing in university students＇ entrepreneurship in the Internet＋ era and analyzes the causes, and in accordance with actual situations, it puts forward specific measures to cultivate university students＇ entrepreneurial ability.
