摘  要:基于新形势下分子生物学课程的人才培养目标,从完善课程建设、丰富教学方式、提升实践能力这三方面对分子生物学的教学改革内容进行了探索,提出了双模式、三层次的课程建设体系,将PBL教学法引入该课程的教学过程中,并设计了综合性实验,以期为分子生物学课程教学的进一步改革提供经验和方法参考。According to the personnel training objectives of molecular biology curriculum under the new situation, several measures including improving curriculum construction, enriching teaching methods, and enhancing practical ability, were proposed to reform the teaching mode of molecular biology. A dual-mode and three-level system were adopted in curriculum construction.The PBL teaching method was also introduced in the teaching,and both the teaching effects and students' ability of autonomous learning have been improved. These measures can provide some reference for further reform of molecular biology teaching.
