摘　　要：民国时期的华侨学校实际上是中国教育在海外的延伸。当国内的政治势力要向海外扩张时,华侨学校就势必受到影响,殖民地政府也就随之对华文教育实行限制、压制或敌视政策。当今的汉语国际传播要得以顺利进行,就应当尽量不与相关国家和地区政府的政治经济利益相冲突。民国时期殖民地政府华文教育政策的历史或许给我们相关政策的制订提供一定的借鉴。Chinese schools represent the extension of overseas Chinese education,vulnerable to the domestic political factors.The colonial governments readily follow up with restriction,suppression and hostile policies on Chinese education.Lessons should be learned that favorable international relations should be maintained for the sake of development of Chinese language overseas.
