摘　　要：教学资源库是丰富教学手段、提高教学效果的有力支撑,是高职教育培养高素质技能型人才的重要补充手段。文章从实践教学微视频资源库建设的必要性及建设中存在的问题等方面提出了作为药学类专业实践教学微视频资源库建设的基本思路。其建设标准应规范、统一;内容的组织应基于工作过程的岗位能力需求;应便于更新、交互性强、可评价、具有一定的推广价值。Teaching resource library（TRL） plays a powerful role to enrich teaching means and improve teaching effect. Also, it is an important supplementary means to train high quality talents in higher vocational education. The basic idea of micro video TRL construction of pharmacy specialty in practical course is discussed in this paper based on the necessity and the problems existing in the construction. The construction standards of TRL should be standardized and unified. The content organization should be based on the post ability demand of the working process. The TRL should be easy to update,strong interaction and worth popularization.
