摘　　要：以某建筑物为例,通过将CAD线框模型引入到建模中作为点云约束,有效地实现了噪声删除、点云规则化等预处理工作。实验表明,该方法能在保证模型精度的前提下提高建模速度,有助于城市三维建模工作。This paper proposes the CAD wireframe of a building as the constraint of point clouds, which can ef- fectiveiy implement noise points deletion, point cloud reg- ularization and other pretreatments. Experimental results show that this proposed method can enhance the speed of modeling as well as the model accuracy, and it is helpful to the construction of 3D urban modeling.
