血浆TAFI和TAT水平与胃癌的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血浆凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物(thrombin-activated fibrinolysis inhibitor,TAFI)和凝血酶-抗凝血酶(thrombin-antithrombin,TAT)复合物水平与胃癌的关系。方法 :收集2012年1月—2014年5月由江门市中心医院收治的52例胃癌患者、32例胃良性疾病患者和48例健康志愿者的血液标本,应用ELISA法检测血浆中TAT和TAFI水平,采用全自动血凝分析仪检测血浆中纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体水平。结果 :胃癌患者血浆中TAFI、TAT、纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体的水平均高于胃良性疾病患者和健康志愿者(P值均<0.05),而胃良性疾病患者与健康志愿者之间的差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。胃癌患者血浆中TAFI和TAT的水平与淋巴结转移有关(P值均<0.05)。结论 :胃癌患者血浆中TAFI和TAT的水平升高,与胃癌有一定的相关性。Objective： To investigate the correlation of thrombin-activated fibrinolysis inhibitor（TAFI） and thrombin-antithrombin（TAT） complex levels in plasma with gastric cancer.Methods： Blood samples from 52 patients with gastric cancer, 32 patients with benign gastric diseases and 48 healthy volunteers recruited in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were collected. TAFI and TAT levels in plasma were determined by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. The f ibrinogen and D-dimer levels in plasma were detected by using whole blood coagulation analyzer.Results： The TAFI, TAT, fibrinogen and D-dimer levels in plasma in patients with gastric cancer were higher than those in patients with benign gastric diseases and the healthy volunteers（all P 0.05）,whereas there were no significant differences between patients with benign gastric diseases and healthy volunteers（all P 0.05）. The TAFI and TAT levels in plasma in patients with gastric cancer were correlated with lymph node metastasis（both P 0.05）.Conclusion： TAFI and TAT levels in plasma of patients with gastric cancer are increased and someway correlated with gastric cancer.
