集群企业中介式捆绑合作创新机制研究

摘　　要：为改善传统合作创新模式中存在的机会主义行为和信息不对称问题,将第三方中介机构引入集群企业合作创新组织中,采用博弈分析方法对集群企业中介式捆绑合作创新机制进行探究。根据第三方机构不同的信息处理方式,将中介式捆绑合作创新分为信息仲裁和信息中介机制,并针对不同机制提出相应的政策建议。To improve the opportunism behavior and issues of information asymmetry in the traditional mode of cooperative innovation,we introduce the third intermediary party into cooperative innovation among cluster enterprises in our research.We build the mechanisms of intermediary bundled cooperative innovation based on game knowledge. According to different types of processing information of the third party,we divided intermediary bundled cooperative innovation into information arbitration mechanism and information intermediary mechanism. Then we put forward relevant targeted policy recommendations.
