摘　　要：文章对脑缺血后神经再生及其治疗的研究进展进行综述。脑缺血是常见的急性脑血管疾病,其所致神经功能缺损的根本原因是神经细胞损伤。促进神经再生是脑缺血后神经功能恢复的关键。脑缺血后,脑组织内神经前体细胞增殖,随后这些内源性神经前体细胞迁移到缺血病变区促进组织重构和神经修复,但这种自身修复作用有限,不能使丧失的脑功能完全恢复,需要临床干预。中药复方补阳还五汤是临床治疗脑缺血的有效方剂,有明显促进神经再生的作用。通过实验和临床前验证,外源性神经干细胞移植对治疗缺血性脑中风也具有潜在意义。Cerebral ischemia is a common acute cerebral vascular disease.It could cause the damage to nerve cells,mainly responsible for the neurological function deficit.So,promoting the regeneration of damaged nerve cells will play a key role in the recovery of neurological function after cerebral ischemia.After cerebral ischemia,endogenous neural precursor cells（NPCs） are stimulated to proliferate and migrate toward the ischemic lesion,promoting the tissue remodeling and neural repair.Unfortunately,the potential ability of self-repair is generally insufficient and thus unable to support a full recovery of lost neurological functions.However,compound Buyang Huanwu decoction,a clinical intervention to effectively treat the cerebral ischemia,could significantly promote the regeneration of nerve cells after cerebral ischemia.Supported by reliable experimental data,the transplantation of exogenous neural stem cells is of great potential significance to treat the ischemic stroke.This paper reviews research progress of nerve regeneration after cerebral ischemia.
