颅内囊状动脉瘤女性患者血浆性激素水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的观察未破裂颅内囊状动脉瘤女性患者血浆性激素水平的变化特点,探讨血浆性激素对颅内动脉瘤形成可能发挥的效应。方法收集西京医院神经外科2014-10~2015-10经DSA确诊为未破裂颅内囊状动脉瘤成年女性患者18例临床资料为病例组,取空腹静脉血检测性激素,包括雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）和睾酮（T）。同期收集28例常规体检的健康成年女性资料作为对照组,比较两组血浆性激素水平差异,分析动脉瘤患者血浆性激素水平的变化特点。结果病例组雌二醇（E2）和孕酮（P）水平明显低于对照组,且孕酮（P）水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,雌二醇（E2）及睾酮（T）水平的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）结论女性动脉瘤患者血浆中雌二醇（E2）和孕酮（P）水平降低可能在颅内动脉瘤形成中发挥了一定的促进作用。Objective To observe the changes of sex hormone levels in plasma of unruptured intracranial saccular aneurysm female patients,and to investigate the effects of sex hormone levels in plasma on intracranial aneurysm. Methods The clinical data of 18 adult female patients with unruptured intracranial saccular aneurysm diagnosed by DSA in the Department of Neurosurgery in Xijing Hospital were collected from October 2014 to October 2015. The fasting venous blood was extracted to detect the levels of sex hormones,including estradiol（ E2）,progesterone（ P） and testosterone（ T）. The clinical data of 28 healthy adult female after routine physical examination were collected as control group at the same period. The sex hormone levels in plasma were compared between the two groups. The changes of the sex hormone levels in plasma of aneurysm patients were analyzed. Results The levels of estradiol（ E2） and progesterone（ P） were significantly lower in case group than in control group,and there was statistically significant difference in the level of progesterone（ P） between two groups（ P〈0.05）. The levels of estradiol（ E2） and testosterone（ T） showed no statistical significance between two groups（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion The decreases of estradiol（ E2） and progesterone（ P） levels in plasma of female aneurysm patients might play a certain role in promoting the formation of intracranial aneurysms.
