摘 要:提出一种交叉变轮距的底盘结构。该结构通过一系列连杆机构实现车辆的机械式转向,所以连杆机构运动的稳定性成为交叉变轮距底盘转向和改变轮距的关键。简述失效分析和失效分析的方法,分析各种方法的特点;针对多杆机构杆多稳定性差的缺点,运用故障树模糊分析法分析了导致连杆机构失效的主要因素,推导出顶事件模糊发生概率的公式;对该连杆机构中铰接连杆、销轴和轴齿轮失效的原因进行分析。为交叉变轮距底盘结构的开发与优化提供了参考。A structure of crossing variable wheel track chassis is proposed. This structure can accomplish mechanical steering by a series of linkage. So the stability of the linkage becomes the key to steering and wheel track changing of crossing variable wheel track chassis. Failure analysis and the method of failure analysis are introduced. The characteristics of various methods are analyzed. According to the shortcoming of poor stability of multi-bar mechanism, the fuzzy fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the main factors leading to failure of the linkage. The fuzzy probability formula of top event is deduced. The failure reason of the connecting rod, pin and axle gear of the linkage mechanism is analyzed. A reference for the development and optimization of the crossing variable wheel track chassis structure is provided.
