包容性增长视域下西部民营经济可持续发展的路径选择

摘　　要：平等地参与经济发展的机会是民营经济公平分享经济成果的先决条件。文章基于包容性增长理论,指出西部民营经济发展迟滞的原因是在发展过程中不能完全平等地享有参与经济发展过程的机会。包容性增长理论就是要实现主体平等地参与经济增长过程和公平地分享经济增长成果。实施经济发展的包容性增长模式是西部民营经济实现可持续发展的必由之路。On the base of inclusive growth theory, this article finds that the reason that leads to the stagnant development of private economy in western China is that the private economy here is not entitled to equal rights and are treated unfairly in their development. But the equal opportunity is the precondition for the private economy to share the development achievement. Therefore, the article comes to a conclusion that the adoption of inclusive growth mode of economic development can realize the sustainable development of the private economy in western China.
