牙再植在前牙外伤脱位中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：研究牙再植在前牙外伤脱位中应用的相关问题。方法：对26例43颗牙再植病例进行临床分析并随访。结果：随访1~5年,成功35颗,失败8颗,成功率为81.0%。结论：牙再植是牙外伤脱位的首选治疗方案,其成功率与脱位牙再植时间、操作技巧等有密切关系。Objective：To study the relevant issues of tooth replantation in anterior tooth trauma dislocation.Method：The 43 replanted teeth of 26 cases were analyzed and followed-up.Result：During the 1 to 5 years＇ follow-up,there were 35 teeth successfully replanted and 8 failed,the success rate was 81.0%.Conclusion：Tooth reimplantation should be the first choice of treating tooth traumatic dislocation,the success rate is closely related to the time of replanting and the skills of operating.
