摘　　要：以3D打印技术产业现状为基点,对3D打印技术产业联盟组织间学习机制进行研究。首先通过演化博弈分析3D打印技术产业联盟组织间学习行为的内在机制及其动态演化过程;其次立足盟员企业间信任关系与策略选择趋向的角度探讨产业联盟组织间学习机制演化路径,为盟员企业制定正确的组织间学习策略提供参考,同时有助于产业联盟组织间学习机制的建立。Based on the situation of 3D printing technology industry,the article makes a research on inter- organizational learning mechanism of the 3D printing technology industry alliance. Firstly,through the evolutionary game,the article analyze the intrinsic mechanism and dynamic evolutionary process of inter- organizational learning behavior in 3D printing technology industry alliance. Then,in terms of the trust relationship between enterprises in industry alliance and strategic selection trend,the article discusses the evolution path of the inter- organizational learning mechanism in industry alliance,which provides reference to enterprises who develop correct inter- organizational learning strategies and helps to establish inter organization learning mechanism in industry alliance.
