专利数量和质量与企业业绩的相关性研究——基于中国创业板上市公司的实证分析

摘　　要：以中国创业板上市公司专利数据库为基础,实证检验企业专利数量、专利质量与企业长短期业绩的相关性。结果表明:专利数量与企业短期业绩呈显著的倒U型关系,专利数量与企业长期业绩不相关;专利质量与企业短期业绩存在显著的正相关性,专利质量与企业长期业绩呈显著的U型关系。This study utilizes Chinese GEM enterprises＇ patent data to explore the relationship between patents count,quality and firm performance. The results demonstrate that the influence of patent count is non- linearly inverted U-shaped on firms＇ short- term performance,while it has no significant effect on firms＇ long- term performance. Patent quality has a significantly positive influence upon firms＇ short- term performance,and its influence on the long- term performance is non- linearly U- shaped.
