摘  要:以贵州主栽蓝莓品种为试验材料,中蜂授粉为试验手段,对比研究不同授粉方式对蓝莓贮藏保鲜期的影响。结果显示,中蜂授粉对蓝莓贮藏期与果实品质有显著影响。在相同贮藏条件下,中蜂授粉的蓝莓,其平均失重率[0.48g/(100g·d)]明显低于对照[0.94g/(100g·d)]同组,其失重速率相对缓慢,好果率也较对照高25%。此外,中蜂授粉明显改善了蓝莓果实品质,其可溶性糖和维生素C为对照的1.5-2.3倍。在5℃条件下贮藏3周,其可溶性固形物、总酚和花色苷均呈先上升后下降的趋势,但整体优于对照。研究结果表明,中蜂授粉可有效稳定蓝莓品质,延长蓝莓贮藏保鲜期。Shelf life of blueberry was tested by comparing honeybees( Apis cerana)-pollination and natural pollination methods. Studies results showed that honeybees-pollination had positive effects on blueberry ' s shelf life. Under the same storage condition, the average accumulated weight loss of treatment [ 0. 48g/(100g·d)]was significantly lower than control [ 0. 94g/(100g·d)].Meanwhile, its weight loss rate was relatively slow, and its healthy fruit rate was 25 % higher than control. Moreover,honeybees-pollination significantly improved fruit quality. Its solute sugar and VC contents were 1. 5 - 2. 3 times higher than that of control. Stored under 5 ℃ for 3 weeks, the content of solute sugar, VC, total phenol and anthocyanin of treatment and control both increased at the early stage,but decreased as storage time prolongs. However, the corresponding data of treatment were much higher than control, which indicates that honeybees-pollination can prolong the shelf life of blueberry.
