摘 要:针对滑块结构轻量化的问题,通过有限元法分析滑块的受力变形,论证了轻量化的可行性。提出采用镂空结构设计,建立滑块的镂空结构模型,运用多种群遗传算法,得到优化结果并采用有限元分析方法进行验证;在此基础上进一步提出采用桁架结构设计,建立滑块的桁架结构模型,并得到优化结果。研究表明,在满足滑块设计要求的条件下,镂空结构设计和桁架结构设计均能实现滑块的结构轻量化设计,而且桁架结构设计具有更大的轻量化优化空间。For the issue about lightweight of the slider, the deformation of slider was analyzed by finite element method and the feasibility of lightweight was demonstrated. The hollow structure design was proposed and the slider model was built. Finally, the optimal results were obtained with multiple population genetic algorithm and verified by finite element analysis method. Based on the above results, the slider model with truss structure design was built and the optimal results were obtained furtherly. The results show that lightweight of the slider can be realized with hollow structure design and truss structure design under the condition of ensuring the design requirements of the slider. In addition, the study shows truss structure design has greater lightweight optimization space than hollow structure design.
