摘　　要：马克思主义哲学作为一门具有高度概括性和普遍适用性的科学,有助于大学生树立科学的世界观,正确认知物质需要与精神需要之间的辩证关系,及时化解动机冲突,引导大学生通过反思更加清晰地认识自我,不断调整和完善自我体验——培养自尊心和自信心,提高自我控制水平,在学习与生活中逐步形成健康完善的人格。Marxist philosophy,as a high level of generality and universality of science,can help college students to set up scientific world outlook,to correctly understand the dialectic relation between material needs and spiritual needs,so as to timely solve conflicts due to motivation,and guide students to better know himself through reflection and constantly adjust and improve their self- experience which may involve cultivating their dignity and self- confidence and improving their level of self- control,so as to help college students gradually to form a healthy and perfect personality.
