摘  要:通过加入不同量的β-环糊精,采用熔融共混法制备了环氧脂肪酸甲酯增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC)。热失重分析结果表明,加入β-环糊精或辐照处理过程均会导致增塑PVC的起始降解温度(tonset)降低。当辐照剂量为25kGy时,tonset降低,当辐照剂量从25kGy增加至50kGy及100kGy时,tonset继续升高。当迁移介质为PVC树脂时,加入10.0份β-环糊精能够明显抑制高辐照剂量下环氧脂肪酸甲酯的迁移;迁移介质为空气时,加入1.0份β-环糊精能够有效抑制辐照后增塑PVC环氧脂肪酸甲酯的迁移。Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester plasticized PVC loaded with different contents of β-eyclodextrin were prepared by melt blending method. TGA results show that either the addition of β-cyclodextrin or the irradiation process results in the decrease of the onset temperature of degradation (tonset) of plasticized PVC. The tonset decreases when irradiation dose at 25 kGy, and the tonset increases with irradiation dose increasing from 25 to 100 kGy. When the medium is PVC resin, the addition of 10.0 phr β-cyclodextrin inhibits the migration of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester at high irradiation dose. When the medium is air, the addition of 1.0 phr β-cyclodextrin can effectively restrain the migration of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester after irradiation in the plasticized PVC.
