三种重金属离子对大草履虫的毒性作用研究

摘　　要：为了研究重金属离子对草履虫的毒性作用,配制梯度浓度的重金属离子溶液对25℃培养条件下的大草履虫进行毒性试验。结果表明:Cu2+12h对大草履虫的半致死浓度(LC50)为0.090mg·L-1,Cu2+24h对大草履虫的LC50为0.056mg·L-1;Pb2+12h对大草履虫的LC50为6.647mg·L-1,Pb2+24h对大草履虫的LC50为3.213mg·L-1;Zn2+12h对大草履虫的LC50为6.180mg·L-1,Zn2+24h对大草履虫的LC50为2.328mg·L-1。3种重金属离子对草履虫的毒性作用大小为Cu2+>Zn2+>Pb2+。In order to study the toxic effects of heavy metals on Paramecium,the concentration of heavy metal ion gradient preparation solution for large Paramecium under culture conditions of 25℃ for toxicity experiments.The results showed that lethal concentration（LC50）of Cu^2＋on Paramecium caudatum 12 h was0.090mg·L^-1,24 hto 0.056mg·L^-1;LC50of Pb^2＋on Paramecium caudatum 12 hwas 6.647mg·L^-1,24hto3.213mg·L^-1;LC50of Zn^2＋on Paramecium caudatum 12 hwas 6.180mg·L^-1,24 hto 2.328mg·L^-1.Cu^2＋toxicity for Paramecium caudatum was higher than Pb^2＋and Zn^2＋.
