摘　　要：建立了快速检测小麦中DON、ZON、T-2的高效液相色谱质谱方法,针对小麦样品的特点,采用50%乙腈/水溶液提取,提取液经氯化钠盐析,反相色谱分离,高效液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱检测,多反应监测模式采集,外标法定量。该方法一次提取,同时测定小麦中3种毒素,具有快速、准确的特点。Establishment of rapid detection of DON, ZON, T-2 by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry method for wheat, sample characteristics, using 50% acetonitrile / water solution extracted, ex- traction by sodium chloride salt, reversed phase chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric detection level Four bar, the multiple reaction monitoring mode, external standard quantitative method. This method is rapid, accurate, once extracted, simultaneous determination of three kinds of toxin in wheat.
